They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. Only problem was that the office never confirms appointments and has limited work hours.
