THIS PROVIDER TOOK ME OFF OF 3 MEDICATION I WAS ON FOR 12YRS NO WEENING NOTHING. HE HAD NO FACTS TO DO THIS TO ME AND I WROTE THE IOWA MEDICAL BOARD THEY LET HIM RETIRE WAS WHAT I WAS TOLD AND CLOSED MY CASE. THIS MAN SHUT MY BRAIN DOWN BY TAKING ALL 5 MEDICATIONS FROM ME BECAUSE I WAS OBVIOULY IN SOME CRISIS. AFTER W2 YRS AND NO PROBLEMS I GO IN WITH YES SO ANXIETY PROBLEMS MORE THAN THE NORM AND THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR MADE MY BRAIN SHUT DOWN. THIS WAS THE DIAGNOSIS FROM MY TRAUMA THERIPIST. THIS MAN HAS WENT ON WITH HIS LIFE AND MINE IS OVER. JULIE MALDONADO
