They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
