I had no problems with dr barrows or his staff. the insurance company I have made me wait 3 months for an approval to get my wisdom tooth cut out and I had to suffer through the pain with nothing for it

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
