Doesn't give a flying leap about the impact his arbitrary decisions have on the people affected by them. A specialist in the disease affecting my partner has determined that he is fully fit for duty. This Family medicine doctor likes to wield his power like a sword. Shame on you Dr Karpilow. Denying a person the right to earn a living is disgraceful.
