My family used this dentist for 4 years, probably paying about 1500-3000 dollars a year in services. Overall, we were happy with this dentist until last year when a simple teeth cleaning we were told would be covered by our insurance was performed. In the time frame of about 45 minutes, the assistant doing the cleaning, of her own accord, and without informing me in any way, decided to perform some 600 dollars worth of proceedures, without my consent. She simply stated she needed to use a different cleaning method for some of my teeth...that was the extent of it. Had I known at that point that there would be added charges incurred, I would have immediately said "No Thank You". My wifes insurance covered 80 percent of these charges, but we had no knowledge of this until a bill arrived a few weeks later. We have repeatedly called and explained to several personel in the billing dept. that this was not what we agreed to in any way, shape, or form.

My advice: Don't use this dentist. Find a dentist that cares more about their service and customer satisfaction than this one does.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
No, I was always attended to
