They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
