My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable.
