It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
