They barely gave me any information at all. When I called to schedule appointments for my three children, they told me that they accept my insurance. After the first visit, I called to schedule an orthodontics visit for one of the kids, that's when I learned from the office manager that they would not start accepting our insurance for another 3 months. I ended up with a bill of over $1000.00 for the cleaning of three little mouths. Mind you none of them had any cavities. I was looking for a place where my son could see an orthodontic and a dentist. This place is not it. The staff has very little knowledge about the services performed at the office. I couldn't even get the front office staff to answer my questions about an orthodontic consult. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

never called me back. had to keep trying several times over the course of several weeks to make appnt. did not give me my credit from insurance until I called them for it. they did not communicate with my 4 1/2 year old about care for his teeth. did not talk to him other than hi buddy. 1st time visit, they counted his teeth and pointed out cavity. when came time for extraction/cap I felt my questions were a bother to the dentist. they never explained the details of sedation. not going back.
