I have been a loyal patient if this practice for many years. This used to be a spectacular dental practice. Sadly, over the last few years there has been a declin in the services and experience. Some factors leading to this decline are increased wait time (30-45 minutes being the norm I have experienced), a revolving door of dentists (every six months I have a new one), condescending and rude front office staff, and a genuine concern in the competency of the staff. I am saddened to find it necessary to seek a new provider and hope the new dentist is able to correct the mistakes made at this office.

This is a nice dental office but one HUGE problem. It's like a used car sales lot. No matter how great your teeth are, they'll tell you that you need EVERYTHING.
Their hygienists work on commission. That's always a terrible mistake. This dental office even kept trying to sell my 70-year old mother braces. It's just a shame how the medical community has just turned for profit and not considering the truth.
