I've been to this office many times and my past trepidation about visiting the dentist is gone! The dental plan, as well as the cost, is always laid out at the start. Plus, Dr. Addison is simply AMAZING! He is great with his patients: I've always been made to feel very comfortable while I was there. Overall, I've loved my experiences at Coast!

DENTURES WERE STILL UNDER WARRANTY, BUT DISTRICT MANAGER REFUSED TO FIX TOOTH THAT FELL OUT OF LOWER PLATE. THIS WAS NOT AN INEXPENSIVE SET OF DENTURES ($1,700.00 AFTER INSURANCE), JUST POOR WORKMANSHIP. THE DISTRICT MANAGER SAID SHE WILL NOT FIX THEM BECAUSE I DID NOT COME BACK EACH YEAR TO HAVE THEM CHECKED. I WAS NOT ADVISED OF THIS POLICY WHEN I PURCHASED THEM. THE OFFICE MANAGER WAS NOT AWARE OF SUCH POLICY. DO NOT GET DENTURES HERE IF YOU WANT A USABLE PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTIES.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
