I have been going to Dr. Crabb over 20 years and I have been very pleased. It is easy to get in to make an appointment and he has always been thorough and taken time with me to be sure that the diagnosis is right. He also counsels me on what to do to take better care of myself without being to condesending or preachy. My family goes to him as well and they like him. He was originally referrred to me by a nurse who lived in our neighborhood and anytime someone in the healthcare profession refers someone it means something to me because they know if someone is good or bad because they see behind the scenes.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. They seem more interested in making you come in for a million appointments and charging you for everything, they do most procedures at their office. They just want your money and don't spend any extra time with you. They double book and over book so their schedule is tight and if you need immediate attention their advice is to go to the ER.
