I am really disappointed with the care offered at the Conway office. I received care two weeks ago at that time the dental assistant did not follow the appropriate aseptic techniques in order to protect my health as well as the other patients' health. She used the x-ray machine (which is shared) wearing the same gloves she was using while she worked in my mouth; in other words she spread my saliva all over the machine and after she finished using it she did not clean/disinfect the x-ray machine and put it back to its place! Also, she went out of my cubicle wearing contaminated gloves looking for an instrument she needed, came back and tried to continue working in my mouth after touching who knows what and where. I had to ask her to change her gloves before she continued working in my mouth. This is something really serious. The dental assistant with this lack of aseptic techniques is putting us in risk to get contaminated with an infectious disease. Be aware about aseptic techniques and protect yourself. They didn't use to be like this, but definitely they have changed. I am looking for a different dentist office.
