They used every sales technique and was extremely pushy to increase the out of pocket charges to the customer to the point of guilting the customer for not agreeing to purchase. Sales were pushed on cancer screening (non smoker, non drinker, no cancer history, very clean white teeth), electric toothbrush, fluoride treatment, mouth guard, and upselling on cleanings every 3 months even though the first girl to examine prior to dentist mentioned how clean the teeth looked. Dentist twisted the meaning of a Florida Statute and argued that if I didn't agree to sign for that treatment, her and Coast Dental would put their license in jeopardy. Of course her treatment of cleanings were $600 above what my insurance covered for cleanings (which the policy states cleanings are free 2x a year). Very very pushy,and not trustworthy in the reasoning.
