Do NOT visit Joe Russ. He is a butcher. He operated on my wife and now she can not walk without the aid of an orthodic. He is the most arrogant man on Earth. We filed a lawsuit and won. He has had other malpractice lawsuits too. He does not care about his patients. He refers to himself as "God" in the deposition of the nurses around him.
