Dr. Field is an able and competent psychiatrist. He is expert in phamacological inteventions or will reseach medications if not fully informed. He appears to genuinely care about his patients. The only issue is is rigidity around treatment practices.

While an able therapist, he also is well-informed about pharmacological interventions for his patients. Slightly compulsive, his inflexibilityy around missed appoinments sometimes compromises perceptions of his true investment in the alliance, though this is a common problem in clinical practice. In all, an intelligent and compassionate psychiatrist is difficult to find - this is one of them.
