They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
