Dr. Mark Hastings performed my surgery, signed permanently out of work with life time restrictions. Sadly once the money train left Mark refused to back up his written life long restriction he gave me. Even with the report filing fee nope. If there was not the big dollars to be made he was done. Note he was paid big dollars on the front end, and now simple stamp, and sign paper work of his diagnosis is to much to ask.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited.
