The doctor really makes no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional he looked. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They've called me back once or twice and been bizarrely rude on the phone. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They made inappropriate remarks concerning my condition and treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated.
