I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
