I have been here twice before and it seems that they have completely changed their office staff. The new staff was very friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are very professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. He is definitely an excellent physician. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I went in because half of my face was paralyzed. They refused to see me because the credit card they forced me to have on file was expired and I got rid of all of my other cards. My insurance co-pay is $20. Because I had no card for them to file, they wanted to charge me $95 in order for me to see him. The whole time that I was in the office, the receptionist was downright mean to me!! I ended up walking out because I didn't have $95 to pay him. I was dumbfounded walking out of there because I had stroke symptoms!! It turned out to be Bells Palsy. I called the receptionist a few choice words because she was definetly bad enough for even the nicest person to lose thier temper!!!
