The front off staff need some customer service training. I sat for over an hour for an appt -they were less then friendly. When asked how long it would be they were just rude. When you call to make an appt you on hold for well over 3 min each time. If I hadn't gone to Dr Holden for a few years I would definately find a different provider.

I will definitely recommend them to my friends and loved ones. I was very happy with their care and treatment. The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I felt welcome during my visit. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
