I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
