I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
