They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was seen at an MSW's office in a satellite service and that office is a very, very welcoming place...I found Dr. New to be aloof, argumentative and vague, but when he uncovered a piece of information in my treatment, He seemed very compassionate. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Staff was curt, but answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me rather than my seeing Dr. New directly. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all, but treatment with Dr. New was overly succinct, progressed at a cat-and-mouse, slow, undirected pace and was extremely expensive. It was impossible to get sufficient diagnostic information and progress reports, and what was provided was NOT delivered in a timely manner at all. This was very frustrating.
