He fused the wrong disk in my neck and it can't be fixed

This Dr. destroyed my life in 2007. After surgery for herniated disc in my cervical area I woke up unable to move my right side. Feeling came back within a week, but then I was in a wheelchair. He told me he nicked my #5 nerve during surgery. Since then I am able to walk but my pain is severe. I'm now on social security disability due to the pain and instability on my right side which causes me to fall often. I attempted to sue him but the lawyers I saw all told me the same thing. It's almost impossible to sue and win even if I would have died. They have to find other neurosurgeons who are willing to testify that what happened was due to Dr. error and that's almost impossible to find. My life will never be the same. Apparently this Dr. has vanished from the area. But if he has resurfaced and is practicing in another area wanted to warn anyone who may be thinking about allowing this Dr. to touch them to rethink it.
