Dr. Crump is an exceptional Dr. and has always treated me with kindness and tentativeness. He spends time explaining everything, educating his patients and working on successful treatment plans. He is always warm and welcoming and genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients not just their wallets. I have been with him for almost 2 years and hope to be for many years to come :)

Not only do the staff not routinely postpone my appointment, they appear to get me in as soon as my schedule and theirs allow. I am comfortable that I can always get an appointment right away, if necessary, and I have no concerns about inadvertent rescheduling . The physician always dresses professionally, and the entire staff obviously makes an effort to maintain professional appearances. The office is well staffed and responds in an appropriate and timely manner. Support mid-level medical care personnel with whom I deal often stay for years, a sign of stable management and a good working atmosphere. The waiting area is clean, and it's easy to wait there, expecially since long waits are clearly the exception rather than the rule. I have used the office's online contact number and communicated by email as well as phone to make known my issues/questions.

More important than merely the superficial aspects of the office environment, the physician is always attentive, open to questions and solicits my impressions/opinions, and choices of approach/treatment, when reasonable and efficacious, even though the physician may sometimes prefer/recommend another course: I appreciate his willlingness to have those discussions with me, and we have communicated well about health priorities on which I should focus between office visits.
