I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They also follow-up on me even though this doctor is a surgeon...an awesome surgeon.
