I wasn't all that impressed with their level of service and care, but they weren't horrible. If I were to compare them to other urologists I've seen I'd say they were average. The office was easy enough to find. I didn't appreciate that they left me alone in the appointment room for a while. It wasn't for too long, but I wish they had been more attentive. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
