They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They had a few different appointment times available but it is hard to get an appointment soon. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. My children have been with them since they were newborns and I have been satisfied.
