They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I was kind of disappointed at how much they knew about child safety and nutrition. They only gave me the most basic information.

I am extremely disappointed with Pediatric Partners. The staff's lack of communication between the two locations, inability to perform their jobs in an effective manner, the lack of concern for any time sensitive matter for the patient, and the attitiude of a nurse called Eve has forced me to find another pediatrician for my children.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
