I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
