This Doctor Shih is a total LIAR and a dirty doctor!!! I don't know how he ever got to be on the USCIS Civil Surgeons's list where I thought all the doctors should be very trustworthy, but he is not. According to the USCIS's requirement ,I only needed to get some vaccination shots there and his signature to certify my medical exam form,cause I already had a medical exam before I got my visa to America and the result showed I was healthy, but he tried his best to convince me to take some more unnecessary medical examination which I actually was not required to. Well,that part was fine,whatever his reason was(even if he just wanted to make some extra $),but then he told me I was infected with tuberculosis (in fact I was not!!) and he suggested I buy medicine from him, medicine for 10 months!! and saying that the medicine was very safe to take even if I was not infected with tuberculosis, and it would cost much less for me to get medicine from his clinic than anywhere else...think about that. Those words were VERY FISHY and unprofessional, so I went to another Civil Surgeon, took the necessary vaccination shot there,and had the form cetified. That's all. It is really UNMORAL and DIRTY if that is his normal way to make $ from his patients without consideration of impairing their health. That will be even more inexcusable if that ever happens to an infant cause he is a pediatrician.

I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Rude ignorant and don't speak English. Answered the phone talking to someone else for about 10 seconds and then said oh...hello.
