The staff was less than helpful and the doctor straight out lied with regards to the requirement of a particular treatment (that it turns out she recomends to every patient since the fees she gets are what pays for her pretty new office). My current dentist confirmed that the procedure she insisted I get done not only wasn't required, but for someone my age, she shouldn't even have suggested it! A co-worker also had similar experiences (except she ended up out of work for 4 days due to a bad infection after treatment). I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.
