TERRIBLE...Made an appointment to have teeth whitening a month in advance and had to miss work to make the appointment because of availability. They called me when I was on the way to make sure I put my teeth treys in before they performed the procedure. I let them know that I was not aware of any pre-trey procedure and that I made this appointment a month ago. They said the teeth whitening does not work well if you do not use the teeth treys prior to procedure. After admitting they made a mistake they blamed it on the temporary receptionist even though the dental hygienist was standing next to me when I checked out. I let them know it cost me a lot of money to miss work and that I drove 30 minutes out of my way. She basically made fun of me for calling in to work for a one hour procedure and did nothing to help the situation. In fact, she said "WE COULD HAVE JUST NOT TOLD YOU NEEDED TO USE THE TREYS PRIOR TO THE PROCEDURE". Really what kind of MORALS do these people have?

The office personnel for the dentist office and orthodontist are HORRIBLE!!!! Very unprofessional. They speak very rudely to everyone who walks in. They schedule appointments, but don't plan on getting in anytime near that time. I've never been in within 45 minutes of my scheduled time. Stay away from this place if you care about your time and your teeth.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
