Very rude. Disrespectful and obviously dont know what theyre doing, they messed up my teeth badly then proceeded to blame me for it happening when it was the dentists fault. My crown has fallen off three times in the past year and theu refuse to fix it when they are the one that put the crown on saying its my fault its falling off when I tell them it doesnt feel right in my mouth, now the crown doesnt fit and they refuse to make a new one.

This Dental office was the WORST i have ever been to. They were very rude from the moment i walked in the door for my childs appointment. They do not let parents in the rooms with their children and will tell you to leave if you want to be with your child. I went against my better judgement and let them proceed with our appointment as planned and after awhile they told me she was doing fine and i told them that i was still very upset and feel that i should be in there with her and that i did not agree with their policy at all. Thats when the office manager came out into the waiting room and asked me back to her office, once in there she raised her voice at me and ridiculed me , everytime i tried to say something i was rudely interrupted and informed i would be given the chance to speak when she was done . She got louder and louder until she was yelling at me , when i told her yelling at me was not neccesary she told me she wasn't yelling although she was. The more she opened her mouth the more rude and aggressive she become , i was in shock over her behavior , this treatment was coming from the people that are supposed to be treating my daughter? She threw me out of the office and pulled my young child from the operating room and told us to get out now or she is calling the police! We did nothing wrong , i was a concerned parent and they were very rude and pushy and wouldn't let me see her till it was over. They refused to finish her appointment or apoligize for their behavior. I was actually relieved to have my daughter back and leave that place , it was an absolute nightmare , never have i felt more uncomfortable in a place of business before. I actually called the police myself and reported them myself , although that did not help at all . The office manager and her employees actually laughed and ridiculed us in front of the other patients in the waiting room because of my concern for my children. These animals should not be running a medical or dental office they don't deserve to have a job , my opinion is the only place for animals like that is jail or back to the ghetto they crawled out of. I have been to other dentists that were wonderful in their treatment of children and their parents , how hard can it be and why can't these people do it? I think that anybody that insists on seeing your child without a parent or they refuse services is a possible predator and needs to be watched. They treated us like crap and then had the nerve to throw us out when they were the ones being hostile and acting weird. Keep your kids away from this place!
