They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
