Even if you can get past the office management's gestalt of rightwing conservatism meets midlife crisis, you can't ignore the limited expertise of the dentists. They're nice enough, but on getting an objective assessment of my dental care from another provider, I discovered that the Olsons had either disregarded or completely missed two rather serious issues, both of which have been corrected by an up to date dentist. Run, don't walk, to someone who is better versed in the business and practice of modern dentistry.

The father-son dentists are very good. Hygienists are uneven; the best one left, one still there is very good, one is inexperienced and incompetent. When I voiced my dissatisfaction about the latter, the senior dentist's ex-wife showed me the door and told me not to come back. My family has been with the practice for nearly 20 years, and I have sent many to the practice. One would think she would value my feedback. The dentists themselves are good people, but the office manager is a bully and seems to complete control of the business. Beware if you cross her. Go elsewhere if you have a choice.
