They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I get no feedback on whether a prescription has been phoned in for refill, although their staff is very friendly and professional. My appointments don't usually get canceled here. I felt like I got a good amount of information from the doctor, but my biggest complaint is that nobody answers the phone, and for billing you have to see the office manager, whose number is not an option that is listed. The only way to speak to someone in the office is to pretend that you re making an appointment!
