I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
