Do NOT go to this office:

1) The dentist is either completely incompetent or a downright fraud. He told me I have three cavities, for which they were going to charge me over $450. A second opinion with another dentist shortly thereafter proved I in fact have no cavities.

2) Instead of cleaning my teeth, as I had requested when I made my appointment, the dental hygienist spent a good 20 minutes lecturing me about how bad my teeth and my gums are, only to then turn around and say it's now too late in the day for a cleaning.

3) The office staff repeatedly lied to me when they told me unequivocally that they are participating with my insurance company. Turns out they are not, resulting in out-of-pocket expenses I would not have had if they were participating.

I will never, ever go back to this dentist! Stay away, you cannot believe anything these people say.

My experience with Dr Dyches is a bit in the past. Regretfully I never thought of adding my experience to review sites until today. This review is lengthy so I hope you are sitting down.

I went to Dr Dyches because the surface came off a three tooth bridge. He said the whole bridge need to be replace. So I let him remove the bridge and place a temporary. (later I remembered that this bridge surface had been repaired about 5 years earlier so could have been repaired again).

When I was preparing to leave the office he gave me a list of five things my wife needed to have done to her teeth. When she had last visited Dr Dyches he gave her a list of three things she need done. She was very mad. She called Dr Dyches and raised “holy hell”. (she has never had any of the things Dr Dyches recommended done to her teeth).

When Dr Dyches replace my three tooth bridge he ground the cusp edge off one of the teeth. Which he denied. I had a tooth guard from which I made a casting to show to Dr Dyches. He just condemned it and belittled the prior work I had done to my teeth because it was done in Mexico. (Other dentist have remarked upon the good quality of the work done in Mexico). He did replace the bridge but with minor change. I requested a refund which was refused. I filled a small claims suit against him. He refunded my money immediately. I can only assume that he ground the cusp off my tooth because of my wife’s behavior (she was really nasty to him).

My current dentist sent me to his technician so I could have input in the preparation of the bridge to replace Dr Dyches work.
