I had to yell and use profanity to get her to use anesthesia before she drilled and filled four teeth. Apparently it is not routinely offered. Some of the work she did on my teeth fell apart in a matter of months. Her staff is not very knowledgeable both in scheduling appointments and working chair side during procedures. I have no faith in this office.
