It took not 1, but 3 shots to numb the area in my mouth for her to begin. She did not show me any xrays of my teeth; nor explain what exactly she saw in the xray (other than "a cavity"); and left me with a feeling that the office just needed some more revenue at year-end. I honestly believe she drilled and filled a perfectly healthy tooth. I asked for a copy of the xrays afterwards because I felt scammed; and shortly received them still bereft of exlpanation or any visual sign that the tooth which was worked on had any cavity whatsoever. I also found Ms. Guyton generally disengenuous, kind of like a fake sorority girl type of person... This was the worst dental experience ever.
