The staff is rude and 2 faced. I have been waiting for months now on something that they constantly say is not their fault even though Xolair says it is.
I love Doc R he was my doc about 12 years ago and I loved everyone there but am now looking for a new allergist ONLY because this care one staff is horrible...do not become a patient there even though the doc is great, you will regret it.

His staff doesn't understand the importance of customer service; even his head lady in charge, Janet (or Janice). His staff is completely rude. I would NEVER return to his premises because of his staff.
