Please never ever visit Image Dental in Edwards, Co. Yes the building is nice, it looks Hugh end.. But its really not. I schuled a cleaning, they were so busy I had to wait a month (but I'm patient) so a week before I call to co firm my appointment just in case.. And guess what, they never even scheduled it like hwy had said. So I made another one. Went in. They looked at my teeth before my cleaning then said "We can't start today because your insurance needs to approve the cleaning" Cool, so that was pointless. They told me that day they would send everything off and it could up to a month? Okay... So I wait another month, and hear nothing. I give them a call and a rude half English speaking Hispanic lady has no idea and has no answers for me. Really? Its just a teeth cleaning!!!! She essays she will ask the doctor and call me back. She never calls back. So I call my insuranc, they said sorry nothung pending on our end.. Great!!! So not only did they waste a crap ton of my time, it was never approved because someone in the office clearly didn't do their job. I switched dental offices after that and called and explained why I was switching and provided them with my new dentists e mail so they could send my info. Well I had to wait until an "office manager" came in the next day send the email... Such a freaking joke. Whatever you do... Never go to this place.e its in a nice building but trust me... You will be walking out unsatisfied &PO.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, especially the receptionist - who also doubles as a dental assistant. This was my second time asking about pain in one of my teeth that this dentist put a crown on and he was completely unprofessional in his manner of discussing it (very defensive) and advising a plan of care (see a specialist, lady). As usual, he was behind in seeing me and changed his "sunny" disposition as soon as I brought up said tooth. What he doesn't realize is that tooth cost be 500.00 and I will go out of my way to slam his business - on the chairlift, at a restaurant, friends, coworkers - anyone who will listen. There are plenty of dentists in the Vail Vally! AVOID THIS ONE!!!!!!!
