They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always go out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. Their diplomas and credentials were the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. They were hard to miss, there were so many of them.
