I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone! I got such poor care here, and wouldn't want anyone else to suffer! I wasn't unhappy with the chairs in the waiting room. They weren't anything special but they served their purpose. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. This doctor is a liar and a thief. He did not submit insurance documentation in a timely fashion causing me to have to pay over $800 out of pocket. do not go to this doctor. He also mis-diagnosed the illness and prescribed medications that was not relevant to the illness and actually prescribed medication that was very expensive and not covered by insurance that was to treat the symptoms of his mis diagnosis

I have spent over 20 years trying to find a competent doctor to diagnose me. Dr. Heiser not only found the cause, an agressive form of Crohn's disease and another serious ailment but spent over 2 hours in consultation with me! I have had problems since my initial visit and he has spent many times calling me on exact times he set by phone, including weekend and weekend evenings. I trust him more than any doctor I have known and I have met many. He has given me lots of faith and I am honored to be his patient! Recently, I moved but I still travel over an hour to his appointments and will continue to do so as long as he is available. He is truly a doctor with very high standards and if anyone needs his type of service, his is by far the best!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
