I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Almost as soon as I entered the appointment room, they came in to see me right away. I liked that I wasn't left waiting in there long. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

On my first visit the doctor's care was excellent. After getting a Cat Scan and coming in to get it reviewed, such was not the case. His office staff seemed to have absolutely no problem with me having driven 45 minutes to see him, then leaving me for 40 minutes to tell me they didn't have the Cat Scan results back. They behaved like I was giving them difficulty when I told them I was going to a friends that was 5 minutes away and to just call me when the doctor was available. I called back 45 minutes later and they said to go see another Doctor because I was rude. I'm sitting even now is desperate pain that has been unresolved. I just received a call from their offfice saying the doctor found something on my CAT SCAN and now I'm sitting here in a panic after previously going to the hospital as well and they found nothing. What's more this office scheduled this appointment without my knowledge then called to confirm an appointment I never scheduled, and had the audacity not to have my records or to have even bothered checking. He's a good doctor, but his staff is awful.
