he seemed like he was extremely irritated to be at hospital, and that he couldn't wait for me to leave. he didn't seem to want to help anyone. It's shocking how little he seemed to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. he can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. They were very expensive. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. he never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not at all! They were boring and outdated
